    Length of Programs
    Our Medical Assistant classes in North Carolina provide professional development to those who will seek entry-level employment as a Medical Assistant qualified to work in doctors' offices, clinics and hospitals. The day program can be completed in 13 months. This includes approximately three months of externship activity.

    This program is built on essential knowledge pathways that include lecture and laboratory study plus a supervised externship experience. After completing this program, one will be able to educate patients about treatments, take blood, prepare patients for x-rays, take out sutures, and much more.
